The PostPro SF100 is built for production environments and high-volume throughput. AMT describes it as a patented chemical vapor smoothing solution for post-processing thermoplastic polymer 3D printed parts.

## The published specs

| | PostPro SF100 |
| --- | --- |
| Chamber | 400 × 600 × 400 mm |
| Cycle | 1.5–2 h |
| Consumables | PostPro Pure (FA5802), FA326, FA9202 (polypropylene) |
| Technologies | MJF, SLS, HSS, FDM |
| External size | 830 × 1400 × 1830 mm |
| Consumable canister | 10 L |

## Features, in AMT’s words

Like the SF50, the SF100 is a fully closed-loop system designed to ensure operator safety, with a consumable recovery process in which AMT supports the collection and delivery of recovered consumables. The product page lists ergonomic chamber loading, RFID user access, RFID consumable recognition and management, a closed-loop system, a touchscreen user interface (HMI) and a small footprint. AMT’s brochure adds MES/ERP connectivity.

## Scale it

- **Automate.** DMS loads and unloads PostPro SF100 systems automatically, including existing installs. See [Automated loading for the SF100: what DMS does](https://amtpostpro.discourse.group/t/automated-loading-for-the-sf100-what-dms-does/64).
- **Plan your runs:** [Know your chamber: sizes and cycle times across the SF range](https://amtpostpro.discourse.group/t/know-your-chamber-sizes-and-cycle-times-across-the-sf-range/42).
- **Cover.** AMT offers RemoteCare and HyperCare care packs for the SF100. [Ask AMT](https://amtechnologies.com/contact-us/) which suits you.
- **Something wrong?** That is a support case: [How to get help fast: support, orders, quotes and the forum](https://amtpostpro.discourse.group/t/how-to-get-help-fast-support-orders-quotes-and-the-forum/36).

## SF100 in the field

Intelligent Energy’s lightweight hydrogen UAV casings were vapor smoothed on a PostPro SF100: see [Case study: Intelligent Energy, hydrogen UAV casings smoothed on a PostPro SF100](https://amtpostpro.discourse.group/t/case-study-intelligent-energy-hydrogen-uav-casings-smoothed-on-a-postpro-sf100/73). The SF100 page also has a video of production partner Prototal UK running the SF100 in its workflow.

**Over to you:** SF100 owners, what does a production day look like for you?
