We get asked what “AI” means for a vapor smoothing machine. Here is AMT’s statement:
Powered by a decade of processing parts and more than 10 million process data points, AMT has developed its own proprietary algorithms and post-trained models that power our fleet of SF machines.
What you work with on the machine
The algorithms sit behind the software you use every day. What AMT publishes about that software today:
- Recipes. Process recipes for your materials and parts, set up with your AMT application engineer.
- RFID. User access and consumable recognition and management on the SF50 and SF100.
- Connectivity. MES/ERP connectivity on the SF50 and SF100, and Wi-Fi on the SFX.
See it for yourself
The software page explains the software in more detail and lets you try a simulated demo of the SF touchscreen. See Try the PostPro software in your browser (simulated demo).
Over to you: what would you like the software to tell you, or do for you? Ideas from operators are especially welcome.
